Exhibition Location
The Exhibition will be held on the ground floor of the Howard Lecture Theatre, immediately below the auditorium - see map and photo. All of the poster presentations will be in the same location. There will be a period before lunch on the Monday during which the stands (and posters) can be set up. (Special arrangements can be made if an Exhibitor requires a longer period than that allocated.) Vehicles can be brought to the main entrance of the building, for delivery and collection of stand material. Dismantling and removal of stands will be carried out at the end of the meeting (4pm on the Tuesday), although this could also be done the following morning if necessary.
Exhibition Layout
The Exhibition space is approximately 10 metres by 16 metres. There will be 8 stands for the industrial exhibitors, each allocated an area of about 3 metres by 3 metres. The layout is shown in the plan below. Both the industrial stands and the posters will be on display throughout the Symposium, with three refreshment breaks and a Champagne Reception being held there (and, weather permitting, on the Terrace outside).
