41 contributed abstracts were selected for presentation as contributed talks at the NT11 General Session. Some abstracts submitted to the satellite workshops were also selected for presentation as contributed talks at the satellite conferences.
Delegates are invited to submit one or more abstracts for presentation at the main conference and at satellite workshops. Please provide a short title, author list, and up to two keywords. For all authors, please supply the full name, institution, country. The body text of abstract may be uploaded in Microsoft Word (97-03 .doc format), which will be converted automatically to PDF, or as native PDF format (if compiling in plain text or LaTeX). The body text abstract may include equations, special characters, or references, however no pictures or tables can be included.
Authors of accepted abstracts agree to have their work included in conference publications, including the conference web site.
Enter the abstract title beginning each word with a Capital Letter.
Do not skip lines between paragraphs
Maximum length: 500 words
The following information will be required for all authors: full name, institution, city, and country. No pictures or tables can be included in abstract text.
All abstracts will be reviewed. Although most abstract will be accepted for poster presentation, a selection will subsequently be made for contributed talks. You will be informed by email of the acceptance or rejection of your abstract within ten days of submission. The selection of contributed oral abstracts will be made by 17th May 2011. Only the person identified as the Submitter will receive notifications, which will be sent to the email address provided upon submission.
Presenters are required to register and pay the Conference registration fee in order to be included in the book of abstracts and to present on site. Registration and payment by presenters of accepted abstracts must be completed no later than 27th May, 2011. The conference organisers however strongly recommend much earlier registration.
Accepted abstracts will be published in the book of abstracts, to be distributed to registered participants on site. Implicit in the submission of an abstract is agreement to its publication in this form.
Posters will be on display in the main NT11 conference between Monday 11th July and Thursday 14th July, and at satellite venues on Friday 15th July and Saturday 16th July. Presenters are asked to be on hand for discussion during the poster sessions. There will be no platform presentations for this Conference.
Poster boards will be 0.9 m x 1.2 m. Individual poster dimensions will be 0.85 x 1.19 (i.e. A0 portrait orientation).
A limited number of abstracts will be selected for contributed conference presentation.
