- June 2010 - Conference website opened
- January 31st 2011 - Registrations and abstract submission opened
- March 31st 2011 - Early registration deadline (now passed)
- April 25th 2011 - Abstract submission deadline (now passed)
- May 17th 2011 - Notification of selection of contributed oral presentations
- June 6th 2011 - Deadline for presenter registration.
- June 13th 2011 - Online registration closes (now passed)
- Sunday 10th July 2011 - Onsite registration began
- Monday 11th July 2011 - NT11 Conference opened
- Wednesday 13th July 2011 - Conference dinner
- Thursday 14th July 2011 - NT11 Conference closed
- Friday 15th July 2011 - Satellites began
- Saturday 16th July 2011 - Satellite meetings closed, departure
