The NT11 Conference online registration and accommodation process has now closed. The on-site registration fees are archived below for the record, and rates for College accommodation can be obtained here.

Full or Student Conference Registration fees include the following:
Please note that if you have registered or plan to register as a student, VALID student proof is required upon your arrival at the Conference (if you have not already sent it to the Conference secretariat), e.g. proof of registration for the current academic year or student ID with valid through date.
Day Conference Registration fees include the following:
- Conference sessions for the day(s) of your registration
- Lunch and coffee breaks for the day(s) of your registration
Satellite Only Registration fees include the following:
- Conference sessions for the satellite of your registration
- Lunch and coffee breaks for the satellite of your registration
- Satellite dinner (Friday evening)
We accept the following methods of payment: Credit Cards only (Visa & MasterCard).
No refunds of registration fees or pre-paid college accommodation will be granted for cancellations received after 13th May 2011.
However, if your cancellation request is received in writing prior to 13th May 2011, you will obtain a refund of your registration fee and pre-paid college accommodation fees after the Conference. A £75.00 administration fee will apply to all refunds.
