Evolution of Crystallographic Texture during Recrystallisation

H. K. D. H. Bhadeshia

The following computer simulation shows the evolution of crystallographic texture (represented as orientation distribution maps), of the fraction recrystallised and of the microstructure which evolves from the deformed state. The work is due to G. Gottstein and co-workers at IMM-RWTH, in Aachen, Germany.
