Cambridge Engineering Selector (CES)
The full version of the Cambridge Engineering Selector (CES) software is installed on the Class PCs.
In addition, students taking courses in the Department of Materials Science and Metallurgy may download a version of CES limited to levels 1 and 2 only, with a licence valid for use until 31 August 2012. This file may only be downloaded from computers within the cam.ac.uk domain or with the use of your University of Cambridge Raven ID when outside this domain (see Restricted Access Policy).
CES Edupack 2011 runs on Windows PCs only. It is optimized for Windows 7 but will function on compatible versions of Windows such as XP SP2 or Windows Vista. There should be at least 512MB of RAM and 1 GB of free hard disk space.

The zip file you need to download is 437 MB in size, so please do not attempt this on dial-up connection! Once downloaded, unzip the file (e.g. using WinZip or ZipGenius) into a folder called C:\CES (say) and run the setup.exe file.
