Three Professors (John Jonas, McGill, David Matlock, Colorado School of Mines, Harry, Cambridge) could not connect to the internet at the Tata Steel Guesthouse. Finally, Cambridge-educated Head of Research, Development and Scientific Services, Debashish Bhattacharjee, arrived to the rescue. He promptly called the IT Manager. Arun Haldar, the conference Convenor also assisted, explaining the problem would be solved.
