Do not use plus and sgte_sol together.
The different databases we have access to are:
- sgte_sol: the SGTE solution database (for phases whose
composition can vary), hasn't been updated for about 10 years.
- plus: NPL's own version of the SGTE solution database,
regularly updated.
- sub_sgte: the SGTE substance database, describe fixed
composition phases such as NbN, Mo2C, etc. Note that a number
phases described as pure substances also have a description as
solution. For example, HCP_A3 in plus or sgte_sol can represent
Mo2C and will allow some of the Mo to be substituted by
different elements.
- cementite_Si: allows Si to enter cementite, use in addition
of plus or sgte_sol.
- m23c6_p and similar: modified data for some phases to
include a pressure dependency. Further explanation here.
