The University and Department are keen to support students and staff in career development.  The University Careers Service offers the opportunity, for those eligible to register with their service, to connect with Cambridge graduates who can give career-related advice, insight and inspiration.  This service is known as GradLink - http://www.careers.cam.ac.uk/Gradlink.  As well as providing a mentoring scheme for newly appointed academic staff, the Department has a Mentoring Panel available to post-doctoral research associates. There is also a Post-doctoral Committee which supports the post-doctoral community within the Department.  More information is available via the For Staff section of the Intranet.
