Congratulations to our new lecturer Rachel Evans who has been awarded the Dillwyn medal for STEMM by the Learned Society of Wales. This award recognises her work on new photoactive materials - used to improve the efficiency of solar cells, in smart sensing platforms for bio-diagnostics and to ensure food security, and to develop responsive membranes to improve water quality.
